Do NOT disseminate the details to anyone outside 12BR.
Please have zoom downloaded on your computer with a *working webcam and microphone*. You will be expected to leave your *webcam on for the entire duration of the briefing.*
Inform your level ICs if you do not have a computer, a working webcam or mic.

1950 to 2000hrs – Attendance taking (Level ICs)
2000 to 2020hrs – Worship
2020 to 2040hrs – Devotions
2040 to 2045hrs – Break
2045 to 2115hrs – General Brief (TA & LTC combined)
2115 to 2145hrs – Level time in breakout rooms
2145 to 2150hrs – Photo taking (combined)
2150 to 2200hrs – BB Vesper & Dismissal for the night
The briefing is an official part of TA/LTC. *Attendance is compulsory and will be taken.* If you are unable to attend, please prepare a parents letter or MC.
